PVDF Aluminum composite panel consists of two layers of aluminum skin sandwiching a PE core in a continuous extrusion process. The outer surface of panel is coated with PVDF Kynar500 fluorocarbon coating to provide a long lasting, durable finish for wall cladding applications.
Chromating line
Chromating line cleans the rolling lubrication that adhered to aluminum coil surface to prevent oxidizing oil and dirt, and gets rid of impurities deposited on coil surface like Si, Mg, Fe, Cu etc, Our company chooses excellent chemical raw materials and technology from Henkel Germany to do chromating treatment to the surface, and from a compact scrobiculate oxide film, which enhances the adhesion, and makes the lacquer and the aluminum surface combined tightly.
Continuous hot laminating line
Continuous hot laminating line is the key equipment or molding an aluminium composite seven.It makes the aluminum, core material and macromolecule film combined tihgtly under the continuous high temperature and high pressure, thus forms a flat panel.
