Pre Engineered Building can be used as commercial ,heavy equipment manufacturing unit,warehouse ,showroom ,

Garment factory ,cold store , textile unit , plant ,workshop and so on. we can design and produce them according 

to clients'  requirements. We are in qingdao.

1) for steel frame. we generally Hbeam hot rolled or welding as columns and beams. Our engineer design best 

suitable section of steel according to your local design parameters such as wind load, snow load and so on. 

Material of steel is Q345 and Q235 (China steel material ).

2) For bracing, Angle steel is common products. Others is round steel.

3) For purlins, we generally use C type or Z type purlin. They can be painted or use material from galvanized coil.

4For wall and roof, we can produce sandwich panel , single steel sheet , The insulation material have EPS, Glass 

wool , rock wool,PU . The thickness have 50mm/75mm/100mm/150mm . You can choose it as your requirements.

5) Doors and windows can be chosen by clients. Generally , door have roller door or sliding door . Window has 

plastic steel window or aluminum window . 

6) surface treatment is painting or hot dip galvanized .

7) For installation , we can arrange engineer to guide the installation on your project site.
