2.Steel Skeleton

• frame: light steel structure Q235 

 

• surface: blast sanding, antirusting paint, thickness: 35μm

 

• Coated paint thickness: 35μm

 

• Fork lift: Be made of 3.5t Q235 steel plate. size: 100X245mm, center distance 2152mm

 

3. Floor

 

 

  Light steel structure, 100x40x2t square tube and 145x40x3t square tube, 100x40x2t square tube and 85x40x3t square tube, bottom 12mm thickness rubber blanket. Opening hole on the 2 pcs square tube 60X80X4t for lifting.

 

4.Roofing 

 

• Exterior steel plate:1.2m thickness, fully welded, Surface is white color non-electrostatic coating.

 

 

• Adopt screw fixation to connect with wall panel, there is rubber sealing tape 10mm thickness on joints

 

 5.Wall 

•  Exterior plate:0.5 mm single color steel corrugated sheet

 

•  Frame is made of square tube.

 

•  connected with chassis through hinge on the bottom

 

 

6.Door

 

Door frame is made of 2.0t  Q235 steel plate, thickness 41mm.

Connected with chassis through hinge on the bottom

 

Double open door, door plate 1.0t steel plate, with square tube inside as brace.

Spring case lock with cord pull inside, rubber strip inside door for sealing.
