Product features

It has excellent crack resistance and water resistance. Eliminate the cracking, sand buckle and peeling phenomenon which caused by traditional 107 glue + white cement.
The leveling facing is exquisite, smooth; reduce the amount of painting and the comprehensive cost.
It is non-toxic and harmless, no radiation, no irritating smell. It does not contain flammable erosion substances, convenient and safe. The good weather resistance ensures the shelf.
Use the Renovation of exterior wall leveling putty, there is base plane without output, this reduce the cost and improve the construction efficiency.
Scope of application
It is suitable for leveling of special rough inorganic plane outside the building, including mortar plaster, concrete, standard block, and brick and so on.
Suitable base plane: mortar plaster, cement concrete, stone wall
Matching paint: waterborne coating, oiliness coating
Treatment of base plane
The base plane should be smooth and strong; no dust, grease, release agents, batik materials and so on.
If the base place is very uneven, leveling it with powder putty for exterior wall for one time. The new plastered cement mortar surface should be maintained for more than 14 days before construction.
If the weather is hot and dry or the porosity of base plane is high, construction should be done after water the base level and waiting until no clear water.
Construction technology
Stir with motor stirrer until even, standing for 5-10 minutes, and stir again will get better result.

Attentions
The construction should be done from 5 °C to 40 °C. Control strictly about putty proportion of water and powder, avoid appear product too loose, too low strength because of too much water; or product dry fast and too low strength because of too much powder.
If adding too much water when stirring, should add more powders. The mortar should be used within 4 hours.
SC-313 cannot be plastered on plywood and metal plates directly.
