 40' Modified shipping container house:

 1. Material: 40' HQ new container house with light steel frame for sturcture

 2. Insualtaion material: EPS or Fiber glass wool

 3. Wall: fiber cement board 

 4. Ceiling: fiber cement board for living and bedroom,  integrated ceiling for bathroom

 5. Partition wall: light steel frame with fiber cement board 

 6. Windows: Aluminum sliding window 

 7. Doors: Aluminum sliding door

 8. Floor: composite wooden floor tiles, and ceramic tiles for bathroom

 9. Electrical system: AS/NZS standard

 10. Water pipe: PPR, PEX-b, PAP etc.

 11. Sewage pipe: PVC etc.

 12. Light: Down light

 13. Facilities: shower cubicle, toilet, urinal, hand basin, mirror, water heater, air-conditioning, kitchen cabinet, table, chair, wardrobe, TV, fridge, bed, matres, smoke detector etc.

 A: You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce as your drawings.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.

A: Loading by sea shipping container.

A: We will provide detailed illustration photos and videos to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be borne by buyers.
